We (Jaz + Ris) started this farm with a CSA—and it’s still at the heart of everything we do.
A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a seasonal vegetable subscription that brings fresh, locally grown produce straight from our farm to your table each week. It’s our way of helping put eating local on autopilot for our community which is also why we offer free delivery.
Our CSA is for folks who want to support Michigan farmers, strengthen our local food system, and enjoy the freshest seasonal food our region has to offer. CSA membership allows us to grow intentionally for our community and build a more sustainable farm.
We share more than food. Our members become part of Open Air Farms and get a closer connection to what farm-to-table really means — from soil to fork.
CSA 2026—Schedule
All Seasons (28 weeks): Week of April 12 to Nov. 15
SOLD OUT Spring (10 weeks): Week of April 12 to June 21
Summer (8 weeks): Week of July 5 to Aug. 23
Fall (10 weeks): Week of Sept. 6 to Nov. 15
CSA Memberships
We offer two sizes of weekly CSA shares:
Half Share ($35/week) and Full Share ($50/week)
Each week’s share includes 4–6 seasonal vegetables. Full Shares receive roughly double the quantity of produce and are a great fit for larger households, avid home cooks, or veggie lovers. While half shares are a great way to taste the season.
SEASONAL VEGGIES
Spring: salad mix, lettuce, spinach, arugula, radishes, carrots, potatoes, onions, turnips, scallions, kale, bok choy, microgreens
Summer: cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, beets, kale, collards, mixed greens, garlic
Fall: salad mix, lettuce, spinach, arugula, microgreens, radishes, carrots, turnips, scallions, kale, bok choy, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, beets, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, winter squash, leeks
